Agreement and operator

These terms apply to aihotellobby.pro, operated by Riffuvo, with a registered location in New York, United States — contact support@aihotellobby.pro with questions

By using the website, you agree to these terms — if you do not agree, do not use the service

Riffuvo is an AI video creation service that turns submitted photos, scene choices, and supported settings into original Hotel Lobby duo videos — the workflow includes uploading materials, submitting requests, tracking tasks, and viewing or downloading results

Available scenes, output settings, usage limits, and generation costs are described in the interface and the relevant offer — generation time and output quality can vary by input, model, and service demand

Examples illustrate creative possibilities rather than guaranteed results for your photos — no specific likeness, movement, audio, or visual outcome is promised

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms — if you use an account, provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and report suspected unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account — do not share, sell, or misuse another person’s account or bypass access restrictions

Your photos, characters, and permissions

Use only photos and other materials you own or have permission to use — obtain consent from every identifiable person whose likeness you select or share, and do not select photos of minors

Do not use the website for impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive endorsements, harassment, unlawful discrimination, fraud, or infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, or likeness rights

You keep any rights you already hold in your materials — submitting them does not transfer ownership to Riffuvo

By submitting materials for generation, you grant Riffuvo permission to process, transmit, reproduce, and store them, and to involve service providers, only as reasonably necessary to generate and deliver results, maintain task history, provide support, and meet related legal or security obligations

This permission does not grant a general right to use your photos in public advertising — any separate promotional use requires its own permission

If you send materials to support, you authorize us to review and use them only as reasonably necessary to address your request and related legal or security obligations

Independent status and third-party rights

Riffuvo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by COLORS, Quavo, Takeoff, or their rights holders — the Hotel Lobby reference is descriptive and does not grant a license to any song, recording, performance, logo, or person’s likeness

Viewing a demonstration does not grant permission to reuse its soundtrack or third-party material — obtain any rights needed for publication, distribution, or commercial use

The Riffuvo website’s branding, interface, text, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual property rights — third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights

Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, access accounts or systems without authorization, distribute malicious code, collect other users’ personal information, or evade security and usage controls

Automated activity must not compromise service availability or violate applicable law or third-party rights — we may restrict abusive requests and investigate security or rights complaints

Report potentially infringing material with its page URL, a description of your rights, and your contact details at support@aihotellobby.pro

Purchases, subscriptions, and credits

Some generation features require a subscription, a purchase, or sufficient credits — review the displayed price, currency, included features, credit rules, and renewal terms before paying

Generation costs depend on the selected settings and are shown before submission — submitting a request authorizes the applicable credit charge, and starting a new generation is a separate request with its own cost

A subscription renews only as described at checkout — use any available account cancellation controls, or contact support if you cannot access them, and retain your confirmation

Your purchase includes the benefits described in the relevant offer — credit expiry, usage charges, cancellation, and refund conditions are governed by the disclosed purchase terms and applicable law

For a failed task or a credit discrepancy, provide the task reference to support so we can check its status and the applicable credit adjustment — a result that differs from your creative expectations is not, by itself, a guarantee of a refund

For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, or missing purchase benefit, contact support with your order reference — applicable statutory refund and cancellation rights remain unaffected, and these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains photo uploads, third-party AI processing, result storage, task history, website logs, account and purchase records, analytics, and privacy requests

Availability and limitations

We may change features or temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons — we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular creative result, or social-media performance

AI-generated videos may contain artifacts, inaccurate likenesses, inconsistent motion, or other unexpected elements — review each result before sharing it or relying on it

Outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction — a paid plan or permission to use the service does not clear third-party music, likeness, or other rights for commercial use

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the website at any time and contact us about account closure — we may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or material security risk

Any suspension does not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived — related payment or privacy questions can be sent to support

Disclaimers and liability
